Following is a complete list of events for Parent’s Weekend. If you have any questions see your Floor Advisor or email ASB Honor Council President Mary Catherine Whitney.

Friday
All students must wear full dress uniforms. No classes today!

7:00 am—Senior Greeters assemble on the Quad and all other students assemble at the dining hall for serving assignments and responsibilities for the day.

8:00 am—Parents arrive.

9:00 am to 10:00 am—Saint Francis annual pancake breakfast (dining hall).

10:30 am to 1:00 pm—freshman & sophomore parent’s tour campus; junior & senior parent’s meet with teachers and the Dean.

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm—BBQ lunch in the tent on the hockey field.

2:30 pm to 4:00 pm—junior & senior parent’s tour campus; freshman & sophomore parent’s meet with teachers and the Dean.

4:00 pm to 7:00 pm—Student/parent free time.

7:00 pm to 9:00 pm—Auction dinner sponsored by the Alumni to benefit the new art building.

9:00 pm to 11:00 pm—Student skits in Auditorium. Skits are as follows: freshmen perform “Senior Parody”; sophomores and juniors perform “A Day at Saint Francis”; seniors perform “Staff Parody”. Evening concludes with the Saint Francis/Saint Sebastian Drama Club performing selections from the fall musical “Carousel”.

Saturday
Casual attire for all students.

7:00 am—Parents arrive.

8:00 am to 9:00 am—Self-serve breakfast in the Dining Hall.

9:00 am to 5:00 pm—Miscellaneous sports and arts activities.*

*Scheduled events include Post and Rails Fall Horse show in the Main Ring and Ring 2; Parent/Student/Staff Basketball and Volleyball Tournaments; Fall Art Show in the Library; Dance and Music Club performances in the Old Main Auditorium.

12:00 pm to 3:00 pm—Ongoing Buffet Lunch in Dining Hall.

6:00 pm—Parents/Students dinner off campus. Girls may stay overnight at parents hotel if they choose.*

*Girls remaining on campus report to Dean Michaels cottage for pizza and movies! Girls remaining on campus have an extended 12:00 am curfew.

Sunday
Casual attire for all students.

9:00 am to 2:00 pm—Self-serve brunch in dining hall.

8:00 am & 10:00 am—Sunday services in the Saint Francis Chapel.

9:00 am to 5:00 pm—Intramural Forest/Navy field day on Saint Francis hockey field. Girls/parents may also utilize any of the other sports facilities on campus.*

* Please remember that there is Varsity/JV riding team practice in the Main Ring from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm—Parents farewell dinner in the dining hall.
